7 course spring tasting menu for 4 persons, including matching wines. Value £500
To celebrate the arrival of spring and the updated Plough Wavendon menu.

Description:
A journey through food and wine from the Spring tasting menu at the restaurant, lasting around 3 hours:
It includes classic combinations of new season vegetables, scallops with beetroot, local lamb and British cheeses.
The wines are expertly matched to enhance the seasonal flavours of spring and include wines from both the traditional wine growing regions of Europe, to the vivacious wines of the New World.

The winning bidder can be collected from within a 10mile radius in our luxury Mercedes.
* Guests outside this radius are recommended to overnight in a local guest house or hotel in Milton Keynes, where we can collect you from.
* Guests wishing to travel by train from London, can be collected from Central Milton Keynes train station too.

Charity
50% of the amount raised will be for Slow Food Bedford's 'Orchard Project'.
