Keens Cheddar
Made from cow’s milk, matured for 18-24 months, occasionally with a blue fungi in its texture, and no added preservatives
Oxford Blue
Made from cow’s milk in Oxford, this is a lovely creamy full-flavoured blue
Exmore Blue
Made in Devon from cow’s milk, crumbly blue cheese with mild flavour
Isle of Avalon
Made from cow’s milk from Sussex, soft, sticky crust, matured for 8 weeks, medium flavour
Stinking Bishop
Made in Gloucester from cow’s milk and washed with pear cider. This is the English answer to ‘epoisse’, creamy in texture but full flavoured
Celtic Promise
Made from cow’s milk, in Wales and washed with cider, this is a full bodied cheese, creamy in texture and with marked nuttiness
Keltic Gold
Superb washed rind, semi-pressed cow’s milk cheese from Cornwall. Very tangy and sticky, full flavoured. Will change colour in flesh as it ripens
Montgomery
One of the finest cheddars from Gloucestershire, handmade from unpasteurised cow’s milk. Matured in cloth for a minimum of 12 months
Oxford Isis
Soft Brie style cheese from Oxfordshire, made from cow’s milk. Quite pungent
Wife of Bath
Superb cow’s milk cheese from Bath. Organic, nutty flavour which strengthens with age. Single herd of cows
Smoked Cumberland
Cold-smoked from Cumberland this is a matured smoked cheddar with a nutty flavour and crumbly texture
Appleby Red Cheshire
Ancient traditional English cheese, made on the ‘salt flats’ of Cheshire. Made from cow’s milk on Mrs Appleby’s farm, it has a crumbly loose texture. Coloured with a natural dye (annatto)
Sharpham
Rated one of the best Brie’s in the UK. Made in Devon, from unpasteurised full fat milk. Slightly yellow in colour, good and full-flavoured
Cornish Yarg
Traditional pasteurised cow’s milk cheese from Cornwall, semi-hard and wrapped in nettle
Hereford Hop
Similar character to 3-month matured cheddar, soaked in hops for a slightly bitter flavour, unpasteurised
Tornegus
Caerphilly cow’s milk, matured in Sussex, rolled in red wine and tarragon
Ticklemore
Made from goat’s cheese in Devon, this cheese is matured for two years giving full flavour and a crumbly texture
Rachel
Unusually soft goat’s cheese from Somerset. Slightly sweet flavour, washed rind and a crumbly texture.
Bosworth leaf
6-week matured unpasteurised goats milk cheese, from Tamworth, Staffordshire
